Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including the preparation of employment offer letters.
Support in monthly workers payroll including workers attendance checking and overtime processing. (Preferably familiar with QuickHR)
Source and administer training needs (CSOC, CoreTrade, Work-At-Height, etc).
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
Maintain proper filing of employment records and leave records for every employee
Handle in-house dormitory issues, scheduling of weekly cleaning.
Registration and cancellation of PCP and MHC Medical.
Perform and liaise for renewal of BCA Licenses (CRS & BLS), HDB Registered Renovation Contractor, ISO Certification and other necessary authorities for Company licenses.
Responsible for the yearly MOM Workplace Safety & Health Inspection and rectification works.
In-charge of Yearly Renewal of EMA Electrical License, MOM Air Pressure Compressor License and Lifting Machine – Electric Powered Hoist (Cargo Lift).
Familiar with Renewal of FEDA License and Dormitory License from URA.
Responsible for comparison for Renewal of WICA and FWMI Insurance and WICA claims.
Maintaining pantry, office supplies, office equipment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Any ad-hoc activities within HR and Admin functions as assigned by the Finance Manager, from time to time.
Requirements
Good knowledge of employment law and legislative requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to learn.
Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Proficient in English and Chinese
