About the role
This is a full-time Accountant role with Decormark Design Pte. Ltd., located in the Woodlands North Region. You will be responsible for providing support for accounting matters.
What you'll be doing
Handle all payment processes related to purchases and services.
Ensure timely reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOAs).
Assist with income tax inquiries.
Prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts by gathering and analyzing financial data
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies through data collection and analysis.
Ensures accurate and timely preparation and filing of company accounts and tax returns
Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closings, and cost accounting reports.
Completes and submits financial reports to managers by the assigned deadline.
Comply with GST regulations by reviewing requirements and preparing necessary documentation for submission.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Min 2 year of accounting experience
Proficiency in book keeping software, Quickbook
Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
A self-starter who can plan, organize, and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Candidates with exposure to the construction industry will be an advantage
