Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for products during production operations, focusing on areas within product engineering. Champion best practices in industrial engineering with the collaboration of the multi-functional team (MFT).

• Oversee the overall performance and capabilities of assigned products, including the introduction of new products and associated equipment.

• Manage product evolution by working closely with the Product Development & Application (PDA) team to align with the defined product roadmap.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the assigned product, taking ownership of all quality-related matters. Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to reduce first-fit rejection rates.

• Lead root cause analysis for quality and process issues, utilizing 8D methodology (FTQP), and ensure timely resolution to meet reactivity targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

• Entry Level are welcome to apply. Training will be provided

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in technical support function or Experience in aviation industry will be added advantage
