Order Processing /Warehouse /Testing Assistant - #1096123

Job Responsibilities

Independently implement standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guide subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure timely order delivery.

Handle issues arising during the delivery process, and promptly report and obtain solutions for problems that cannot be resolved independently to ensure smooth order flow.

Complete all warehouse inbound, outbound, and delivery tasks on time, be familiar with all operational requirements, regularly summarize and classify delivery statuses, abnormal orders, and other data, and provide timely feedback.

Follow up on maintenance order progress, organize, archive, and hand over relevant documents, and conduct inventory counting.

Participate in and execute production tasks based on production processes to ensure production quality.

Handle issues identified during the production process; if unable to resolve them independently, proactively report and obtain solutions in a timely manner to ensure smooth production progress.

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors to support efficient production and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Skills: Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, and other office software; basic networking knowledge.

Personal Attributes: Highly efficient execution, problem-solving ability, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Language: Basic English communication skills.

Physical Requirements：Able to work in a warehouse environment.
