Customer Service Executive

About the Company:
Our client is a globally recognized Multinational Corporation (MNC) in the engineering sector, known for delivering innovative industrial solutions. As they continue to expand in the region, they are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support sales operations and quotation management across international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Quotation Management
Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with HQ and other global offices for spare parts availability and pricing.
Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, including coordination with intercompany departments and regional subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate pricing.
Verify that pricing in quotations complies with corporate pricing structures and guidelines.
Investigate and resolve pricing or data discrepancies in quotations.
Sales Coordination & Order Fulfillment
Manage and process business inquiries and sales orders, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
Generate commercial quotations and follow through to order confirmation and delivery.
Coordinate with production facilities and sub-suppliers to meet delivery requirements.
Enter and maintain accurate customer, quote, and order data in SAP.
Work alongside Application Engineers to provide technical support during quotation and order processing stages.
Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Address design changes or conflicts early to prevent order delays.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to quotation turnaround time, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and internal response times.
Requirements:
Diploma or GCE 'A' Level or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, quotation support, or order processing, preferably within an MNC or engineering environment.
Solid experience managing RFQs across intercompany departments and subsidiaries is essential.
Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-centric.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project).
Able to work independently, under pressure, and with cross-functional global teams.
