Job Description
Supports the clinical work of the clinic through back-end administrative support. Example of duties include:
Arranging and calling patients for various appointments
Verifying invoices and claims, locum timesheets
Tracking of various referrals
Booking hospital appointments for patients & updating clinic system
Assisting to purchase meals for staff (rotational basis)
Preparing scope of work for Request for Proposals (RFPs), writing of papers for approval if assigned
Handling of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) matters if assigned
Primary Care Plan (PCP) Contracts / Enquiries / Renewals if assigned
Corporate portal update if assigned
Monthly workload statistics, dental report if assigned
Any other work assigned to support the running of the clinic
Requirements
GCE “N” level or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Good spoken and written communication skills
Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable
Strong team player with good collaboration skills
