About the role
As a Customer Service Officer in Changi City Point, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and visitors at our shopping mall. This is a full-time role in a friendly, customer-facing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a lively team.
What you'll be doing
Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
Promote loyalty program and related activities
Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and loyalty program as required
Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Min GCE N Level qualification
Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role/ hospitality industry
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel will be an added advantage
Fluent in English
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
Able to work rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays

2 rotating shifts (10am to 6pm / 2pm to 10pm)
