POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our laboratory operations, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the coordination of sample receiving, documents collection and dispatch;
Handles general phone enquiries and redirecting calls to personnel-in-charge;
Process and update sample records in the laboratory management system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role;
Committed to weekly rotating shift:
1) Morning Shift → Mon to Fri: 0830hrs to 1700hrs, Sat: 0830hrs to 1230hrs
2) Afternoon Shift → Mon to Fri: 1430hrs to 2300hrs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words;
Proficient in spoken and written English.
