We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join the Manpower Planning and Analytics team on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Review manpower requests, prepare accurate presentation material for management’s review.
Extract data from the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Check, validate and update manpower establishment in HRIS.
Administer employee engagement surveys, including pre-survey preparation and townhalls coordination and other employee engagement activities.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Meticulous with a flair for numbers and a good working knowledge of Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and data management.
Experience with Success Factors is advantageous.
Good organisational and communication skills.
