Temp IT Helpdesk Engineer (Upto 6months Contract, East Location) (ID: 674965_ - #1095931

The IT Helpdesk Support supporting the regional IT team in covering the backend support responsibilities including remote troubleshooting, Active Directory (AD) management, IT asset tracking, server infrastructure support, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide IT helpdesk support to internal users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Utilize remote support tools to assist users effectively.

• IT Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including inventory control, labeling, and issuing devices. Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty management.

• Server Room & Infrastructure Support: Monitor and support IT server room operations, conducting regular health checks to ensure optimal performance.

• Security & Compliance: Assist with vulnerability scans, monitor risk mitigation actions, and maintain IT security trackers. Perform routine permission reviews and document changes for compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum diploma or above, preferably in IT/Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Good to have 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support, with a strong understanding of end-user support and office administration.

• Availability: Immediate availability or able to join within a short notice

• Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the required tools and processes.
