QA/QC Engineer - #1095880

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control activities for complex semiconductor fabrication and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with high-spec industrial projects and a strong understanding of local construction standards and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and quality documentation

• Supervise all QA/QC site functions, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and compliance with design specifications

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage internal and third-party audits, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks on quality-related topics for site personnel

• Maintain up-to-date records of test reports, inspection logs, and QA/QC documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Civil, or related field)

• Minimum 5–10 years of local QA/QC experience, with at least 3 years in semiconductor or data center projects

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, cleanroom protocols, MEP systems, and mission-critical infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with QA/QC tools, procedures, and reporting systems

• Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills

• Certification in QA/QC or auditing (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) is an advantage
