Requirements :
- Min 1 years in Administrative
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures and HR work
- Diploma in Business/ equivalent
- Good command of English and Chinese to liaise
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Job Scope:
- Managing Phone Call, emails, and correspondence
- Invoice/Receipt preparation, subcon invoice payment processing, and incoming cheques processing
- Assist management with administrative duties including document handling, filing, and internal coordination.
- Attending to client's inquires (walk-in, call or online) and arrange customer enquiry to the Designer
- Handle HR management (eg. work pass application, renewal and cancellation-related matters and IR8A / IR21 submission.)
- Stationery and office supplies procurement
- Handle any additional tasks as assigned from time to time by management
- Any other miscellaneous.
