HR and Admin Executive - #1096903

About the role

This is a full-time HR and Admin role with Decormark Design Pte. Ltd., located in the Woodlands North Region. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Advise and support management on all HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

• Manage worker-related matters such as course enrollments, certifications, work permits, and dormitory arrangements.

• Coordinate and manage daily office operations, such as procurement of office supplies and inventory control

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation

• Proficient in office software (MS Office, HR information systems like Infotech or Peoples Central, etc.)

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
