• Position : High-End Retail Associates (Fine Jewellery) – Basic $4,000 + Uncapped High Commission

• Location : Orchard

• Working hours :6 Days Shirt Work | 10am - 7pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $4,000 + Incentives + Uncapped Commission + 12 - 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Staff discounts

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences to drive client loyalty.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting team success.

• Build VIP relationships through strategic clienteling and CRM management.

• Ensure outstanding after-sales service to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

• Analyze and share sales insights to refine strategies.

• Resolve team conflicts professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

• Partner with Operations to optimize stock levels and inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimally 3 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery or high-end products.

• Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse clientele and team members.

• Passionate about people, design, and luxury, with a strong eye for fashion and style.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
