Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation and robotic equipment used in aviation MRO and manufacturing processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation, sensors, and PLC-based control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).

• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new automation equipment and upgrades.

• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and adhere to aviation quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100).

• Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs within the facility.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation or equipment maintenance, preferably in aerospace, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments.

• Hands-on experience with PLC systems, sensors, drives, and robotics.

• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

• Able to work shift
