Customer Service Representative (Healthcare / 12 months) - #1095793

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary Range: Up to $5,500

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer complaints and returns through Salesforce/bCom, including coordination, triage, approval, and communication.

2. Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams for return goods authorizations (RGA).

3. Identify and reduce recurring issues with management.

4. Handle credit management, including approval, risk identification, and order release.

5. Drive collections by building customer relationships, following up on overdue payments, processing deductions/refunds, and managing account reconciliations.

6. Monitor billing and payment processes, ensuring compliance with global policies and KPIs.

7. Maintain documentation per retention policies and follow credit and complaint procedures.

8. Participate in business meetings and support team collaboration.

9. Engage in personnel development and training.

10. Process quality complaints promptly and coordinate with the Quality team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce & master's in commerce or MBA or Professional Qualifications would be an added advantage

• 3-5 years' experience in either Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution or Accounts Receivable processes
