Sales Co-ordinator (E-Commerce) - #1096987

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.

• Order processing.

• Handle the following functions for e-commerce:

  • Product listing management and planning of promotion activities on all e-commerce channels.

  • Order processing, fulfilment and billing.

  • Packing of goods.

  • Handle phone/online enquiries and service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess “O”Level and above

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Required language:  English, Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking

       customers
