Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Indoor Sales
· Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their requirements.
· Provide expert advice and solutions to customers, leveraging on your expertise.
· Generate sales leads, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, etc.
· Handle Project leads/sales
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts stakeholders
· Cold call, email marketing to new customers from all sectors to promote the company’s product and services.
· Stay up to date with market trends, industry regulations, and product developments.
· Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Project Sales
· Proactively engage in project leads, business partners such as architects, interior designers, and contractors to introduce our products.
· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
· Expend market presence by building strong relationships
· Follow-up on sales leads promptly and aggressively to convert opportunities into deals.
· Negotiate pricing, product specifications, and contract terms with main contractors.
· Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed terms.
· Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Who We’re Looking For:
· Min 1-2 years relevant experience
· Well-presented, professional, and business savvy.
· Good communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Detail-oriented, “Hunter” mindset and result-driven
· Self-motivated, proactive with initiative
