Cyber Security Engineer - #1095763

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Zscaler security solutions (ZIA, ZPA) to ensure secure internet and private access.

• Monitor security incidents, analyse threats, and respond to cybersecurity risks using Zscaler ThreatLabZ.

• Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles using Zscaler’s cloud security architecture.

• Work with IT teams to integrate Zscaler with other security tools such as SIEMs, firewalls, and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).

• Conduct security assessments, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize Zscaler performance.

• Ensure compliance with security regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) using Zscaler compliance features.

• Stay up to date with the latest security threats, trends, and Zscaler updates to enhance security posture

Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Experience: At least 2 years in a cybersecurity role with deployment and management of security solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in managing security solutions and provide clear explanation to clients.

• Strong understanding of network security concepts and best practices.

• Experience with deployment on different customer's environment.

• Exhibits strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Zscaler related certifications (e.g., ZIA, ZPA).

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

• Other relevant certifications.
