User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist (12 months) #V - #1095757

Job Description:

• Oversee and assess the full testing life cycle, ensuring comprehensive quality checks for product implementation and system operations.

• Conduct UAT for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Track testing progress, document results, log issues, and ensure proper closure of the testing process within set timelines.

• Report defects, gaps, or issues to relevant stakeholders and support resolution in coordination with UAT Managers and IT teams.

• Configure system parameters related to products and policies as needed.

• Maintain organized documentation of testing artifacts.

• Provide post-implementation support and assist in preparing training materials for internal users.

Job Requirement:

• Polytechnic diploma / University Degree.

• 1 year of working experience with insurance knowledge will be an advantage

• Preference for IT or Business related educational background.

• Strong problem solving and good analytical skills.

• Strong attention to details.

• Good time management and the ability to work to tight time schedules.

• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
