The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading 3rd party logistics provider, offering tailored logistics solutions across various industries, including Electronics, Semiconductor, Automotive, and Pharmaceutical. They are currently looking for candidates to join their team as a Management Trainee. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of tasks, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your network and develop your technical skills. Specialized training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.

• Salary basic up to $4200 + AWS + VB
• Permanent Opportunity with career growth
• Location: East
• Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 6:15pm

The Job:

During your tenure, you will rotate through various departments, receiving guidance and support from mentors to help you grow and advance your career:

Operations

• Develop strategies, monitor progress, and facilitate communication between shipping lines/co-loaders and operations to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of cargo for both airfreight and sea freight shipment

Project Management

• Help manage complex logistics projects, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of customized solutions for various industries

Client Engagement

• Assist in developing and implementing innovative logistics strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Continuous Learning

• Engage in various learning and development opportunities, including workshops, training programs, and mentorship, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the logistics field

The Talent

• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interest in data analytics, particularly with Power BI tool is an added advantage.
