About the Role:

·        Manage customer accounts.

·        Sales Order Processing.

·        Support the supply chain by processing sales and manufacturing orders.

·        Attend to customer queries regarding purchase orders, delivery status or quality issues.

·        Work collaboratively with respective departments to coordinate work flow.

·        Monitor on-time delivery.

·        Upkeep inventory turn.

Knowledge and experience:

·        ITE Holder Equivalent and above may apply.

·        ERP System experience is desirable but not required, training will be provided.

·        Ability to adapt and learn quickly  

·        Be able to multi-task

·        Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel

·        Good time-management

·        Have Engineering Background will be an advantage/preferred.
