JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources and meet up regularly with project engineers, site supervisors and workers.
• Plan and schedule for materials, sub-contractor, manpower to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractor/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
• Well-versed in project works procedures and methodologies and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers.
• Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
• Maintain good communication with all staff and workers
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATION:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• For Diploma holder, more than 5 years’ experience in handling project management.
• For Degree holder, 2-3 years similar experience
SPECIAL SKILLS:
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Experience in managing and supervising construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
