Material Testing Engineer (Laboratory, Construction/ Civil) - #1096485

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and engineering initiatives within the local laboratory, driving the development of new testing technologies.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of test data to clients, including quality control approvals.
• Seek guidance for complex, non-routine testing situations.
• Oversee and resolve routine technical issues and testing challenges.
• Address technical inquiries and issues raised by customers.
• Provide input and support for business development opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Deliver formal and informal presentations on conventional or routine testing to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior technicians and engineers.
• Conduct critical analysis and implement advanced testing methodologies.
• Apply a variety of techniques, procedures, and materials for advanced testing analyses.
• Leverage internal, industry, and academic resources to derive comprehensive testing conclusions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols.
• High level of expertise in core theories, concepts, and terminologies within the chosen engineering discipline.
