Executive, P-Lines Business Support - #1095676

Responsibilities:

• Detailed analysis of channel/branch/team/advisor sales & campaigns performance.

• Support the team managers in crafting better-targeted campaigns to improve product and sales performance.

• Visualise data using Tableau to create a sales report and a visual analysis to support the department head and business development managers in analysing channel activities, productivity, and campaign performances.

• Provide periodic/ interim campaign result updates to support channels and business development teams for action plans.

• Work with the department head to ensure data integrity and accuracy of the numbers and data sources.

• Support the department head as the department’s risk and administrative representative for the following activities: 

  • Rep for Internal Audit/External Audit/BCP/BIA/RCSA/Control Testing; 

  • Voucher & Stock management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 4 years of working in a similar capacity

• Detail-oriented and strong in MS Excel

• Exhibit sound business judgment and strong analytical skills.
