About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at ZWT ASIA PTE LTD' in Jurong West, West Region. As a full-time Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a range of crane equipment and machinery, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of crane equipment and machinery to identify and resolve issues

• Performing preventative maintenance tasks such as inspections, adjustments, and cleanings to proactively prevent equipment malfunctions

• Repairing and replacing faulty parts, components, and systems to restore equipment to full working order

• Documenting all maintenance and repair activities, and providing detailed reports to management

• Collaborating with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and problem-solving strategies

• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Crane Service Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the marine Services industry

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and clients

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment
