Role and Responsibilities
FirstCom Academy is seeking dynamic, driven, and versatile Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. This role encompasses both B2B (Business Development) and B2C (Roadshow & Direct Sales) responsibilities, and team members may be assigned across either area depending on business needs. Candidates should be adaptable, results-focused, and ready to perform in both high-energy, public-facing environments and strategic client engagement settings.
Actively approach visitors at roadshow booths, introducing FirstCom Academy’s courses and generating sales.
Conduct prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client meetings to generate new business. • Provide detailed information about available courses, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each offering.
Identify potential customers’ needs and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.
Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand presence at all times.
Working Hours & Compensation:
5 or 6-day work week (including weekends)
9:00 am – 6:00 pm or 11:00 am – 8:00 pm (Daily Basis)
$3,000 - $5,000 (Base Salary) + Commission (Up to $20,000) + Incentives
Full Time Permanent Position with ALs, Medical and Dental Benefits
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in a direct sales or customer-facing role.
0-10 years of relevant experience in sales.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed!
Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to achieving overall company goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable approaching potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively across multiple events.
A passion for education and helping individuals develop their skills.
