Role and Responsibilities

FirstCom Academy is seeking dynamic, driven, and versatile Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. This role encompasses both B2B (Business Development) and B2C (Roadshow & Direct Sales) responsibilities, and team members may be assigned across either area depending on business needs. Candidates should be adaptable, results-focused, and ready to perform in both high-energy, public-facing environments and strategic client engagement settings.

  • Actively approach visitors at roadshow booths, introducing FirstCom Academy’s courses and generating sales.

  • Conduct prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client meetings to generate new business. • Provide detailed information about available courses, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each offering.

  • Identify potential customers’ needs and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.

  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

  • Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand presence at all times.

Working Hours & Compensation:

  • 5 or 6-day work week (including weekends)

  • 9:00 am – 6:00 pm or 11:00 am – 8:00 pm (Daily Basis)

  • $3,000 - $5,000 (Base Salary) + Commission (Up to $20,000) + Incentives

  • Full Time Permanent Position with ALs, Medical and Dental Benefits

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a direct sales or customer-facing role.

  • 0-10 years of relevant experience in sales.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed!

  • Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to achieving overall company goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.

  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable approaching potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively across multiple events.

  • A passion for education and helping individuals develop their skills.
