Responsibilities 

 Sales Planning and Reporting process

• Lead the Sales Planning Process with Central Sales Operations and the Regional team and coordination of the sub hubs into the plans

• Take the sales lead in incorporating the Sales Funnel Management into the derivation of sales plans and steering of sales success

• Manage monthly derivation, collection and analysis of product

• Lead and steer the annual Business Plan Retailer Target inputs as well as quarterly reviews from a Sales perspective

• Manage the volume allocation process in conjunction with Central and all members of the Regional Team responsible through order management

• Take responsibility for the monthly, regional Sales & Stock Reporting process

• Planning of launch car and limited edition volumes

 Revenue Management and Reporting

• Leading the overall business by developing and generating reports enabling full transparency

• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and understanding of revenue management topics as well as acting as the key touchpoint within the sales team

• Provide suggested solutions leading to improved revenue generation (quality of sales), and lead related revenue generating projects

Sales Campaigns & Tactical Support Management

• Oversee regional tactical budget, in conjunction with Sales team and Finance

• Create relevant applications/campaigns and approvals.

• Manage effective and timely payments of tactical support.
