Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations :
Administer work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
Assist in the manpower recruitment cycle, including:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and vacancy needs
Preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on role criteria
Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including liaising with candidates and interviewers
Participating in interviews where required and assisting in making job offers
Following up with selected candidates for document submission and preparing employment contracts
Administer training-related matters, including:
Coordinating with departments to identify training needs, including technical skills, safety, compliance, and job-specific competencies
Handling course enrolment, including registration with external training providers (e.g., WSQ, MOM-accredited courses) and internal scheduling
Maintaining and updating training records in the HR system, in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Monitoring training completion and certifications, ensuring timely renewals of mandatory qualifications (e.g., safety passes, equipment licenses)
Assisting in the preparation and submission of training grant claims or reimbursement where applicable
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Coordinate with departments on induction program and conduct orientation for new hires.
Perform general filing & preparation of letter correspondences relating to HR such as Employment Contracts, Acceptance of resignation, confirmation letters.
Participate in planning company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, health screening, D&D etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job requirements:
At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity from manufacturing industry preferred
Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
IT Savvy, proficient in MS Excel (VLookup/ Pivot table), Mail Merge, MS team etc
Experience with Workday / Emplx will be advantageous
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards is a MUST
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)
Other information:
Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location : Changi North
Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
