Job Highlights

• Basic Salary + Bi-Annual PB of up to 3 months!

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across different industries.

• Ensure yearly contract renewals of existing clients.

• Work closely with the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure that all client engagements align with industry best practices and government regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding employment compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• CEI-Certified Preferred, Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, operations management, business development, or client relationship management.

• Knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment regulations in Singapore will be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels

• Must be meticulous and be able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
