HR Executive, Junior (Marine, Manufacturing) - #1095403

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Review candidate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Prepare and finalize employment contracts while managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, insurance, and other welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, both internal and external, to align with organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Generate HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and leave statistics, for management review.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion and feedback.
• Ensure company policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards and provide guidance to employees to ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the Manufacturing or Marine Supply industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is a plus.

Other Details: 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am – 5.30pm 
• Location: Tuas (2 Way Transport provided at Marsling and Jurong East MRT) 
  Nearest MRT: Tuas Crescent
