What You’ll Do

As a Production Intern, you will support our manufacturing and project teams in the implementation of new filling equipment and digital initiatives. You’ll be exposed to real-world operations and play a key role in improving process efficiency and supporting site-wide transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of dashboards and project tracking landing pages using Power BI

• Support the creation and digitalization of operational forms

• Liaise with global and local teams to implement digital solutions

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

• Review and update SOPs and process documentation

• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities for new equipment

• Collaborate with managers to implement a structured 6S digital system

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline

• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn

• Strong interest in project management and process improvement

• Basic knowledge of digital forms and dashboard development

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
