Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and perform cashiering duties, ensuring a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

• Accounts Receivable: Manage financial transactions, from invoice issuance to payment receipt, maintaining accurate records.

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain precise financial records of payables and receivables transactions, contributing to the company's financial accuracy.

• Invoice Management: Oversee all activities related to invoices received and issued, ensuring timely processing and record-keeping.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with various additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with a minimum ITE in Accounting or equivalent, no experience welcome

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, essential for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
