Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our portfolio of China-origin F&B brands in Singapore. This role requires a deep understanding of both Chinese dining culture and the local Singaporean market to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute localized marketing strategies to grow awareness and market share for Chinese Brand restaurants.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with group-wide marketing goals while adapting to local customer preferences.
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, festive launches, new outlet openings, and brand collaborations.
Work closely with operations, culinary, and design teams to create effective and on-brand marketing content.
Manage digital presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, WeChat, RED (小红书), and Grab.
Drive online engagement, traffic, and conversions through targeted digital advertising and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-impact visuals and storytelling for brand campaigns.
Develop and manage loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and database marketing to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Track customer feedback and dining behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Organize and manage public relation campaigns, tasting events, media engagements, and key influencer activations.
Cultivate relationships with media, content creators, and community partners to extend brand reach.
Monitor campaign performance, outlet traffic, and sales impact using data and analytics tools.
Prepare reports, present insights, and optimize marketing plans based on performance data.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI and cost-efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of both Chinese F&B culture and the Singapore consumer market.
Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns, brand launches, and content creation.
Familiarity with digital platforms and analytics tools.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) to manage bilingual marketing content and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Highly organized, creative, proactive, and performance-driven.
