Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the grille, diffuser and damper market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized grille, diffuser and damper solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and to provide accurate information to clients.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HVAC industry.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years sales experience in manufacturing field preferably in HVAC damper, louver, grille and diffuser.
3. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
4. Possess own vehicle will be advantage.
