• Prepare and manage tender documents, cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities.

• Source materials, negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors, and handle procurement.

• Manage project variations, monthly progress claims, and site instructions.

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth communication.

• Support project execution by fulfilling client requirements and assisting with other QS-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate with Commercial/Residential/Healthcare project tendering experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying are welcome to apply.
