Senior / Engineer (Logistic & Automation), Facilities Management

(2 Year Contract)

Broad Function
The Engineer shall report to the Manager in the execution and management of Logistic & Automation engineering systems:

• Pneumatic Tube System (PTS)

• Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)

• Pneumatic Waste & Linen Chute System (PWLCS)

• Food Waste Treatment Vacuum System (FWTVS)

• Non-clinical equipment

Support audit and monitoring of prescribed KPIs for maintenance services
Oversee maintenance services rendered by specialist vendors and outsourced providers 

Responsibilities
 

• Oversee preventive, corrective maintenance & coordination work

• Manage outsourced maintenance service providers and specialist vendors

• Ensure prompt service recovery for equipment breakdowns

• Provide advisory support for specialized system failures and troubleshooting

• Recommend technology refresh, upgrades, and renewals

• Prepare technical specs, drawings, and cost estimates for system improvements

 
Requirement

• Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering Degree Holder with 0-4 years of related working experience in similar portfolio for Engineer position.

• Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering Degree Holder with at least with 5-6 years of related working experience in similar portfolio or (Diploma with at least 10 years) in similar portfolio for Senior Engineer position.

• Prior working experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in management of electrical / mechanical / mechatronics / automation systems and facilities operation as well as improvement projects will be an advantage.
