WSH Manager (M&E)


Job Scope:
 

• Lead EHS department and develop/review EHS Management System

• Ensure legal compliance and conduct regular EHS inspections/audits

• Manage contractor EHS and investigate incidents

• Review risk assessments and drive EHS culture

• Conduct safety checks and propose corrective actions

• Ensure fire protection and Emergency Response Team readiness

• Inspect project sites and alert Section Heads of potential risks

• Promote safe working conditions through education and awareness

• Liaise with statutory bodies and update on regulations

• Conduct fire and safety training and update management on EHSS performance
   

Requirements:
 

• Diploma/degree in Workplace Safety & Health

• 5-8 years' experience in Construction Engineering

• Strong technical skills and good communication

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
