Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and offer follow-up;
Handle payroll calculations, attendance data processing, and employee onboarding/offboarding/transfer procedures;
Maintain and update HR systems to support full employee lifecycle management and ensure accuracy of personnel records and employee data;
Be familiar with and implement local employment laws and regulations; support and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labor standards;
Assist with employee relations, onboarding training, and daily HR operations;
Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Have 3 years of experience in recruitment or HRBP related work, and those with more than 1 year of payroll accounting experience are preferred;
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills;
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and HR systems, with good data handling and analytical capabilities.
