Senior / Executive, Financial Management (2-year contract) - #1095206

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper accounting records for External funded projects, CGH initiated projects and any other funded projects and initiatives

• Prepare cash flow forecast statement for the projects and ensure reimbursement and reporting requirements are met

• Responsible for related revenue and cost reconciliation to the general ledger

• Responsible for the related revenue and cost annual budgeting and performance monitoring

• Maintenance of funded related accounting and all its related reconciliation, tax, gst and audit schedules

• Responsible for reviewing the cost centre reports, track expenses that spending are within budget and perform variance analysis for management reporting on projects related areas

• Participate in finance system implementation, coordinate in system requirement gathering and involve in user acceptance testing

• Staying informed about grant regulations and ensuring that the organisation adheres to all relevant guidelines and reporting requirements.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification

• Several years of experience in grants and funds management

• Strong understanding of funding principles and practices

• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards

• Good presentation skills preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills

• Good team player, strong collaborator,

• Independent worker, meticulous with strong drive to complete tasks and projects assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP system
