職責:

要求:
- 餐飲業管理或相關管理課程的高等教育畢業
- 至少5年相關營理工作經驗
- 優秀的團隊領導者,具有良好的人際和溝通能力
- 勤奮好學,有責任心,主動
- 適應改變並保持積極心態
- 成本分析、控制和規劃方面的知識
- 熟悉電腦技能,尤其是excel
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily operational activities of the Restaurant
- Cooperate with the company’s business strategy and promoting brand business so as to increasing sales turnover
- Monitor and supervise production to meet high food quality and standards
- Maintain an efficient and effective restaurant in area of operational equipment and facilities
- Ensure that SOPs, policies and workflows of the restaurant are followed
- Provide training to subordinates and develop talents
- Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties efficiently
- Control manpower and food cost, including operational stocks
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Hospitality Management / F&B Management
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Be a good team leader with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Diligent, studious, responsible and proactive
- Adaptive to changes and be positive minded
- Knowledge in cost analysis, control and planning
- Familiar with computer skills, especially excel
