Network Management Executive (Healthcare Provider) - #1095205

• To identify and set up panel of Panel network of General Practitioners (GP), specialist and hospital for cashless access.
• Monitoring and review of customer service quality of the network providers.
• Work closely with the respective department to expedite the processing of GL issuance/payments.
• Attend to query or complains from customer or network providers
• Correspond with medical facilities with regards to network management
• Responsible for ensuring good working relationships with account providers and all relevant stakeholders in the assigned portfolios.
• Efficient and meticulous tracking of all account activities and initiate follow-up action and investigate on deviations.
• Monitor and report on service progress and variations and ensure reconciliation are done promptly.
• Ensuring all service standards are met and escalations are resolved timely.
• Initiate analysis and assist in data structuring efforts to inform decision-making.
• Liaise effectively and closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are resolved efficiently to minimise disruption to business activities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel and Words
• Good communication skill
• Excellent negotiation technique
• Education: Diploma / Degree
• Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in vendor / medical / event / loyalty management
• Like to interact with people
• Customer Service Oriented
