My client is a MNC Logistic Company is expanding and looking for several Shipping Coordinator to join their team. They are providing benefits as below:

Job Detail:

Basic Salary: $2400 - $2800

5.25 Working Day: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm & Alternate Sat 9am to 12pm

Location: Boon Lay (Transport Provided from Jurong East Bus Interchange)

Responsibilities:

• Assign daily administrative tasks to team members.

• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate between admin and operation staff.

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.

• Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.

• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.

• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.

• Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

• Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace

• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
