Basic Functions: 

Collaborate with Business Unit for sales growth and market expansion, developing effective strategies to enhance generator sets' spare parts market share and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage opportunities from leads, ensuring timely fulfillment and profitability.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline plans for strategic planning.

• Promote Service Sales to distributors alongside spare parts sales efforts.

• Work with the sales team to devise strategies for new opportunities within existing accounts.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of diesel industrial engines to support distributors with technical advice.

• Optimize inventory levels for cost efficiency and satisfactory parts availability.

• Maintain accurate records of projects, pricing, and sales activities.

• Conduct proposal presentations for sales representatives, customers, and prospects.

• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects in cross-functional areas.

• Perform various spare parts sales and aftermarket duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• No experience candidate with strong interest in Sales Engineering is encouraged to apply.

• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Customer service-oriented with enthusiasm for spare parts  /power generation products.

• Independent, results-oriented, with strong business and commercial sense.

• Prior experience with engine manufacturers is advantageous.
