Job Description:

• Collaborate with Engineers to develop and refine sub-assembly and final assembly procedures. 

• Perform sub-assembly builds and final system integrations according to established work instructions.

• Prepare and stage all necessary materials and components for assembly operations.

• Identify and coordinate the availability of tools and fixtures required for assembly tasks.

• Follow work instructions (WI), Operational Method Sheet (OMS) and safety protocols diligently.

• Generate and update work instructions (WI) as processes evolve.

• Participate in process reviews and suggest improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and safety.

• Diagnose and resolve issues encountered during the assembly process, escalating as needed.

• Maintain and update monitoring checklists, including calibration of tools and condition checks for fixtures.

Job Requirement:

• Able to understand manufacturing process and documented procedures.

• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics and work instructions.

• Hands-on experience.

• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis in a manufacturing context.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

• Softkill knowledge in MS office.

• Flexibility to support multiple assembly lines or product variants as needed.

• Background in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) manufacturing.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and documentation procedures.

• Eligible and willing to travel to the United States for training assignments.

• Immediate availability for onboarding is preferred.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (with US visa is an advantage) preferred.
