ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Associate, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, development, and performance across our household and lifestyle product lines. You’ll conduct in-depth market research, validate new product ideas, manage product profitability, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute product roadmaps. This role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market and Supplier Research
Assist the product manager to conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
Assist to source for potential suppliers to support product development
Provide product manager with support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Product Performance Testing
Perform product testing to ensure quality and conformance to performance standards.
Document and report issues and escalate to suppliers for resolution.
Product Documentation
Create and maintain product manuals and user guides
Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
Packaging and Labelling
Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labelling and design.
Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with key stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Highly adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced organisation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
