Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Order Processing & Customer Liaison Officer located in Jurong East. The role involves processing customer orders, seeing through orders from enquiry to shipment, documenting monthly orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Involvement in the full cycle of order processing from start to finish, which includes liaising with customers, preparing quotations, ordering and shipment, invoicing etc.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties such as filing and some data entry as required.
Requirement:
• GCE 'O' Levels or its equivalent / Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to pick up computer skills along the way
• Ability to type in Chinese
• Ability to manage files, emails and data in a neat and organised manner
• Ability to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails, texts and phone calls)
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
