Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including software installations and network configurations.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, perform routine maintenance tasks
Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Additional Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualification requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in IT
Preferably possess knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations (luxury)
Hands-on experience with software applications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
