Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of general accounting for 7 companies.

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

• Regular monitoring of aging reports, verifying payments, and reconciliations.

• Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements.

• Main liaison between auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc.

• Review and implement control mechanisms and policies with changes in finance work.

• Plan, organize and administer accounting systems (including preparing payments, invoices, and billing)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management to optimize resource allocation and drive improved financial performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive finance experience, including prior roles as a Finance Manager or equivalent.

• Experience in E-commerce industry is a MUST.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field

• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a proven track record in driving financial success in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Accounting software, Xero.
