Purchasing Executive / Purchaser - #1094989

As a Purchasing Executive / Purchaser in the Food & Beverage industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key in ensuring that the purchasing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Source and procure high-quality goods and supplies at competitive prices

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any purchasing issues

• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating contracts

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to avoid shortages

• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving purchasing processes

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• At least ITE certification or GCE ‘O’ Level qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in F&B industry

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze and solve problems

• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good communication skills and able to interact with other department heads

• Meticulous and with good initiative
